Hi Is IELTS is mandatory for PNP process.I do believe for Federal it is mandatory but for PNP i was told it is not.When I am going thru this forum,it shows some of them are writing for PNP Process too. If you are in US since 5 years still you need IELTS. Can any body clarify for the same. thanks
