I received an email saying they received my application 2 days ago (July 11). But I still can't sign into my ECAS, anyone else have this problem?

How quickly do you receive the card when decision is made? And also, do you have to sign for it??

Any other update for you? They received mine on 29th, although still not showing on ecas. Flying out of the country end of July so hopefully I hear something super soon!
