hello everyone here, glad to see this thread. I am applying for second time and credential assessment is a bit confusion for me. I did PhD (biotechnology) and wanted to apply for NOC 2121. I am not clear if PhD need credential assessment before applying. Would appreciate if anyone here let me...

Nice to know, well am already having phd in biotech and did diploma in clinical research from Toronto in 2010-2011. I have couple of friends doing phd in ON. Always good to see people with same field. My sister in Canada insisting me join another phd but you know second phd means what .....hehehehe.

why you are waiting if you can apply now under catagory 1? canadian changing now on weekly basis ;D.. Nice to know you are into PhD. Which province and field you are doing phd??

Yes CIC need two years study but mine was one year course. But i had got one year work experiance which could have made me eligible for immigration !! how about you

Dear badal, i was a student for one year and had one year work permitt, was very easy to get canadian work exp, or saskatchewan program etc etc etc....but i had to come back to India....hahaha. three chances missed.....i am not frustrated, infact i want to look for other openings !! lets see...

if you have couriered today or yesterday only, it must have been i India , you can track and talk to the office .......may be it work.

as of now everybody is shocked to see that they have suspended intake of new applications under any NOC. They have removed all NOC. Look a thier website...and instruction manual....am sorry to bring this bad news to you but i hope it is wrong or a mistake by them

dear this is not a primary school info brochure that they are taking it so lightly and making blunders......i dont know why...i m still optmistic...they will reset old NOC :)

Even I feel that this news is not correct or may be manupulated. Freezing FSW just two days ahead of re opening of window is not small decision. Especially when people all around world are concerned. If they want to freeze I feel they will atleat publish it couple of months ahead. May be next...

Thank mr Gulati, am clear now as I was not getting proper info from hdfc guys. Hey you have already mailed your application, don't you think we should wait till July 1,2012 as they may float any new rule or news. They are supposed to confirm today or tommorrow as there is news of freezing FSW...
