ask ko lang kung naka indicate ba sa email nila na kailangan nila ng Original AOM from you and need to be submitted via mail? thanks

wala po... ang nakalagay lang na original na isusubmit ay police clearances... tapos ung forms na kailangan nila ang nakalagay lang with bearing signatures... hindi nakalagay na original forms na isusubmit

pero based sa guidelines and example nila nakalagay dun sa example ang form IMM5406 which requires signature as well but it is stated to be in pdf file format...

May tanong lang po ako.. nag email po kasi ang embassy na may kulang pa na forms yong asawa ko which yong form na kailangan ng embassy ay kailangan din ng signature. kailngan mo ba namin i mail ulit ung hinahanap nilang form or pwede po ba isent ng email.. sana po matulungan nyo ako letter...

yup.. i sent it with my original passport.. because my consultant told me so.. coz it may lessen processing times which made a sense based on my timeline..

@ valenciacathy where did you applied your application? in abu dhabi? im done also with my medical. a letter from CEM indicates that the medical result should be forwarded to London,senior medical officer,immigration and medical division...by the medical practitioner itself.
