I am going to Edmonton via same route and 2 pieces allowed via Emirates.......can anyone guide me how to take along extra stuff (kitchen Items, bed linens etc) along as I have to arrange accommodation once I get there...so thinking either I take along or get it through cargo once i get the place...

I filed my initial application in April 2009 to CIC, got approval in June and submitted full documents in Aug 2009. Got the letter from Islamabad processing office in Oct 2009. After that no news????? So I was wondering when will i hear from them!!
