there is an applicants with the same noc and date of receiving of mine that sent back due to cap reached.so it is clear what is gonna to happen to mine. a wanna say goodby to every one . be lucky during ur process.

So it is another bad news. It take two months to give my applicant back.maybe some mathematic class is needed for CIO staff to know how to account and inform people about TOTAL complete applicants they have recieved.

Wait and see what they are gonna to do next week after watchig oscars award

It was a sad story. When i decided to apply again it was 180 after 5 months of starting the process.reached to 309 when i send my applicants. The day CIO recieved my application , the cap was 370.

It Was expected to give an Email of sending of our applicants back due to cap reached until now. But there is nothing yet. Some times Nothing is better than anything else. :) maybe there is stil a little hope

actually there is not any thing new in my e-case( I have an old simplified type of applicant). it seems CIO started with February applicants. UNFORTUNETELY , it is so limited hope to fall within the cap. but i am wondering why we have not received any email from CIO with the subject of getting...
