Just an update for my wife. She received her Passport with the visa and the COPR on Monday. The visa is dated on Oct.13, 2012, same date when she re-did her medical examination. Plane ticket booked for Toronto on Dec.05. Christmas is looking good here now.

Yes, she was supposed to get her passport back with the visa on June 27, then on June 21 she received an e-mail saying that her case was referenced for further checks, which would last 3 months, so yes, they held her passport since June 20.

I just looked now inot my wife's eCas, Today, Nov 05, her status chaged to "Decision Made". She should receive her passport with her visa by the end of this week or early next week.
