@PMM - thanks for the link. Most of the information on there seems to be generic about the employer and the job details. My main concern is the size of sponsoring organization, its history employing canadians, and other eligibility criteria that HRSDC looks at...

Did you ever get an answer to this question? Is it mandatory to work for the employer who sponsored your AEO once you get the PR and land in Canada?
