As far I know b4 form=goods to be carried(materials which u carry with u) beng form=goods to be followed (materials which reached after ur arrival) You should fill the b4a form with item and cost,like cloths=......CAD kitchen utensils=...CAD etc........

It’s totally impossible to get the fare below 1 lac if you want to go Calgary by Etihad. In Shumon vai’s post the direction is best but as we are 1st time flyer we just want to avoid the obligation like after arrive in toranto buy another ticket for Calgary.
