Good news! For me, I received a reply to my email inquiry from CIO that they returned my application package due to payment issue. I'm just gonna wait and resubmit. At least I know what's wrong. I used my friend's credit card and I don't know what's wrong.

Please don't get me wrong. I was just wondering if you might have sent them a lot of inquiry regarding the status of your application when you submitted your passport and they might have interpreted that you needed your passport badly so they returned it to you?
