Yes, I am sending the original passport. So, I guess no need to send a photocopy of a page that had a new entry just to indicate that I've travelled to the US. Right?

I visited the US recently, so have a new entry stamp for US and Canada. Is it a requirement to provide copies of passport pages that have any new entry stamps at the time of PPR? Could someone please clarify?

Oh OK. I do not remember if I had ever chosen to be communicated by mail or email on the application. But I did contact the CHC once, when I got an automatic email saying that "you are authorizing CIC to use your e-mail address for communication with you". So, as per your input PPR by email...
