    Is there any form where the applicant needs to state that what NOC category they are applying under or does CIC just figure it out from the job description given by the employer on the required reference letter? Thanks.

    Experience attained under off-campus work permit

    True. I am applying under the BC PNP as well, so my employer is already preparing the documentation for that and I requested that the CEC letter be printed right after Jan 10th. Guess I will bug them again, to ensure the CEC letter isn't printed before March. Thanks

    Hi Barum87, I am undergoing the same situation right now. Did you figure out whether you were eligible to apply as soon as the 1 year of experience was attained or did you have to wait till Sept 2010. Thanks.
