    Sponsorship and Provincial Nominee

Hello again everyone, I just want to ask. I'm preparing all my documents for my sponsorship application but I'm also thinking of applying my brother to the provincial nominee. Can I send them both if I get the approval? or will it have an impact to any of the application? Thank you.

    supporting documents

Hi, if you actually refer to the document checklist, it is specified there what documents needs to be send with the original copies. I think print outs of your photos (in regular document paper) and emails should be ok (that's what I did). Phone bills would also help. I guess a letter from your...

Common-Law/Conjugal Partner - In desperate need of advise.

Yes, that is why I filed the divorce here in Canada. We're finalizing the separation agreement and hopefully by next month I can start with the divorce proceedings. My lawyer indicated that even if I divorced my ex wife here I will still not be able to remarry in Philippines for the reason as...

Common-Law/Conjugal Partner - In desperate need of advise.

I thought about it at first but the Philippines does not recognize divorce. We could probably marry in a country where Canadian divorce is accepted as suggested before but that would be my last resort... I appreciate your quick response. Thank you very much.

Thanks guys... I still want to keep my balls intact for sure ;-p I'm actually still trying to assess the situation on what needs to be done and what should be done first. It's really hard to take action when a child is involved. Have anyone tried the "Do it yourself online divorce kits"? I would...

    Sponsoring Girlfriend from Philippines

Yes, that is correct. I was just thinking of better way of resolving it without going to whole divorce process. So legal separation will not help as well I guess? Unfortunately, there is no divorce in the Philippines but nonetheless I got an attorney to help me with the divorce proceedings here.

    Sponsoring Girlfriend from Philippines

Hi, thank you for the reply. I was thinking of conjugal relationship. Since we cannot marry for the time being. I can prove the relationship is there. I'm just not sure if immigration office will honor it. Also, I want to know my options if I can't get her here through that process.
