Depends how u have been receiving correspondence in the past.. If they send u by email they gonna email it and if they send u through courier ur gonna receive the ppr request through courier then.. The time limit to send passports is 45 days..

My ecas started showing medical received on 15th april.. Went to In Process on 12th june and decision was made on 26th july.. Hope that helps :-)..

Yes the people in govt suffer some extra wait time.. But background checks are conducted before they send the passport request after that its just the visa stamping process.. Yeah but they might have changed the process a bit , which i am not aware of..Anyways dont worry too much about it, IA...
