As Per my Understanding Medical test is same for all... so if we ask them to consider medical report from that application ,they will. I requested them to consider my Medicals from Work permit application for PR.

Hi, Please check the data you entering is correct or not?..... if E-CAS works once, it works always... some time when i enters the data incorrect by mistake it gives me the same error ...

I sent my passport from Canada to CIC ND through UPS courier, they didn't take any declaration or any CIC letter. just the target address must be some embassy.

UPS courier will deliver the pass port if the delivery address is "An embassy ". this is not illegal at all. I did this, but "YES" definitely there is a RISK. UPS courier have special way of handling these type of courier. But if you ask embassy to send the passport back to CANADA, they don't...
