    True. I think all application sent to Latin America, they request the medicals results to be sent to Trinidad. Also, I think you should make sure yhe doctor has sent it so that no delays will occur. My two cents only. Cheers.

    No. It is the other way around. De Paula as Surname and Leo Jesus as Given name is how it is in my application. In my passport is: Jesus de Paula as Surname and Leon as given name.
