There are applicants who applied in June 2012 who already have completed the citizenship process. I know it is very frustrating for those of us that are processing through the long delay offices. Good luck to everyone.

I am having the same problem for several days, and I have also seen others on this Forum who have encountered the same problem also . I hope it gets resolved soon because I am afraid of entering my account details when there is a security problem.

Try entering only your last name on Ecas,not your entire name. That is what happened to me. I was entering my complete name, and the CIC agent told me to enter only my last name, and it worked, I finally saw that my application was received. Good luck
