yes, just check about medical exam on cic.gc.ca, it does mention that you can do it another country but it has to be in the list of designated medical practitioners.

Father's name on my date of birth certificate is misspelled. Indian passport shows father's name as well. and on my previous passport my fathers name is correctly spelled on my passport.(Now i have Canadian passport) Can I use it as a proof of sponsorship to sponsor (I am sponsoring my parents)
