Hello everyone I applied for my spouse Jan 2018. I got the medical request etc. latest update was on Nov 1 where they asked me for visit and proof of contact with my spouse again. Its going to be 1 year as per their processing time and still not sure when exactly are they going to finalize it...

no dnt submit the fee, wait for the visa frst and secondly is there any option of deferal? if yes do it or when u arrive there , u can talk this over with ur university administration

this is wat i have been telling here , that medical doesnt mean that one will surely get the visa, they look into the case after it.... and ya ,its the most tough tym to wait for their decision. strange thng is that none has got any response from em , n only 17 days are left as in my case...

nah! its not true .CHC has got nothing to do with ur session or university matters. they issue it late , rest is on u .... my friend experienced it already ... so ...

dnt u think u r sending too much ? make the sop jst 1 page, they have mentioned it already secondly its more than enough organise it in order
