Is it a possibility to do an outland application and pull your inland one? Depending on your VO you may be able to get her PR before she gives birth. But, you need to keep in mind that even after she gets PR, shes still going to have to wait through a 3 month waiting period in most provinces...

From the other forums that I've read, timing does sometimes depend on the agent that you get on how quickly your application gets processed. I also think it depends on the AMOUNT of information ie. supporting documents that you send. I'm guessing sending a lot of information could make going...

I would just write that you're looking to resettle in Canada. The part about you wanting everyone to be legal in one country is irrelevant and would probably cause unnecessary questions from them to you.

I know very little about the transit system here *hangs head in shame* but the few times that I have been on the Skytrain, its been pretty easy to get to where I need to go and I've had friends who took transit to UBC from the outlying areas with relative ease.
