Don't have a valid pr card. Was granted a prtd. So can I use the self serve kiosk or do I have to go to the officer? Last time when I was there, I need to scan the passport and then the pr card. What is the case with prtd? Scan passport and secondly prtd or something else?

Applying for a PRTD is a pain in the ass, don't bother. Just go to the US and cross the border.
