I was thinking the same...if you became a PR in 2012, then you do not even qualify for citizenship. You do not qualify until 2014.... was 2012 a typo or what? Look into it, whether it was rejected due to residence or language.

That is incorrect, call cic to rectify it....mine states exactly when i originally entered and when i became pr........ there should be no ambiguity to this. its simple English. I would contact them to fix it. Date of original entry and Date you became a PR are clearly two different things.
