Thanks for the confidence. Guess will have to wait till Monday to call up vfs.... Bluedart says incorrect courier no and i did not receive an sms as well which i paid for at vfs mumbai while sending the passport

Also whats frustrating is Bluedart courier says that its an incorrect courier tracking no i have on vfs bill copy

If you are referring to ECAS online ...it got updated to decision made the same day when i got the PPR request. Mine is a paper application so i do not have CIC my profile

well to be clear my work permit expired on jan 4 2014 and same day jan 2014 i was completing my required work experience for cec .. so i applied for a work permit extension just for the sake of implied status without any extra documents and just sent the work permit application document. and...

well i did apply for extension of work permit to be in implied status ... but i got rejected

is there anyone who applied in jan and got call for medicals yet ... i applied on 26th jan nd received my file no on feb 28

and the bowp thing .. well i had to apply for it 4 months before my work permit expired i.e .. in spetmeber 2013 and unfortunately i was completely misguided at that point of time by someone else

sorry for the late reply... @menicMonday.... My immigration representative here in canada says i cannot apply for restoration of work status.. And as far as my work permit expiry goes .. it expired 4th january 2014 and i got my CEC file no in Feb 2014 while i was in implied status.
