    Hi Dear, I am feeling very sad to hear this, with me also happened the same thing. I have applied in FSW category and they returned my application fees 1100 $ CAD to me without giving any reason. I got only check of 1100 and didn't get any explanation for rejection. I also sent a fax to them...

    Dear All, I have applied for Federal Skill Worker at CIO, CANADA in Aug-2009. My fee was returned after 3 months but I didn't receive any letter to explain why my fees has been returned ?? I only received DD of 1100$ and not able to understand what happened with my application ? Plz anyone...
