Got the decision made! Thank you all for your support. My timeline - applied on dec 12 2011, file transferred to ND on feb 2, PPR on feb 15, PP sent on march 5. Ever since the status was "application received". Changed to decision made on July 22. No interview request. Waiting for the PP now
