I already have PCC from Indian consulate from last year. Would I still have to get another PCC during CIC process? Does not make sense getting all the PCC stamped on my passport even though I have not left US since the last time I got the PCC from Indian consulate.

Thanks nix1. I mailed my application and supporting docs today to AINP program by express mail. Any idea how long it might take to hear back from them? One more question, I had received an email in December to email/fax my supporting docs but at the time I did not as i was looking at the FSW...

Is copy of LCA letter prepared by employer for USCIS at time filing H1B required document? Would reference letter and offer letter from my employer suffice?

I believe from Jan 1 there is just one process i.e there is no pre-assessment step. So can someone please guide me how to apply? Do i need a job offer in Canada to apply? Some links and application forms would be helpful.
