I think authorisation letter will do. Just give all the details to your sister-in-law..Like husband / wife full name, date of birth, name of father and mother, their date of birth, date of marriage, location of marriage...all details related on marriage. Gobless:)

Hi sset, You can get the Advisory on marriage on the same day when you requested the same. In our case this was done when my husband went for holiday. One advisory on marriage for him and one for me. This is a one page light green colored paper. Hope this helps. Regards bless2011

Thanks Sset for finding time to reply. It was issued in January 2012...We are actually expecting this comment soon to be asked but because it took more than 4 months for ADVO to come back all the while we thought everything is ok. They've given us 45 days for us to provide this docs. Anyway...
