I believe you can request a VO change and your wife can submit her passport from India. I guess the VO change will also take a month or so.

Did you provided an affidavit for your previous work experience? If, yes then it will not be a problem as you can provide an affidavit stating that you worked for AAAA company for BBBB years as CCCCC position, and you are unable to get a reference letter from previous employees.

I have this one question. For an FSW-inland applicant, upon receiving a PPR if a person is not in Canada for a couple of months. Is it possible to send the passport to Canadian embassy in the native country? and also is it a good idea to do so? ::)

I visited gerry's office 2dy n came to kn k CHC snds them PPs in bundles :) . . . so if they are acceptance then expect alot of them :)

yp but 1st you have to pay visa fee. . . if not already paid . . . u can pay visa fee at standard chartered bank Jinnah super F-7 branch islamabad and the submit your application at gerry's office in G-9 markaz karachi company islamabad.
