That is mean it is also applicable to a PR who was Prov'l Nominee? I started looking for job related to my qualification but those jobs related to my qualification can be found in another province. Can I accept job from other province and return later to the province that nominated me?

Your husband had exit visa from Saudi so it means he was not deported. I was asked how much money I have in my POE in VC but they didn't ask for any proof. I said C$ 8,000.00 and they asked further question. They stamped my passport and let me in.
