But right above all this it is written "you should not commit to any travel plans, purchase tickets" and at the bottom it says in hand writing "please submit a copy of flight itinerary along with your passport" I'm very confused

I couldn't understand either I've never heard of that before, beside where medical validity date is checked it says 13/05/2012 and that's it, it doesn't really ask for remed but isn't that it? Doest he have to go for remed? My husband hasn't gotten his so i have no clue on what to tell her
