In my opinion it will better to collect a UK PCC again.Recently i have collected a Uk PCC Via my friend.Just fill up the from ,copy of passport, photograph and two proof of your current address and for premium service you may request to any of your friend to affix a 80 pound. so it it will take...

I have convert my passport to MRP with new address..it did not require police verification..I have asked the passport official about police verification..he said in terms of surrender passport within the same passport office don't require police verification..hope this information will help you...
