hi astopal the first one is general checks like the details you have given in application matches with the actuals..( your job, education , etc,etc...) and the second one is criminality checks ( any police cases, and things like that..) :)

hi all my E CAS became inaccessible since 30.8.2012. it was open for 3 days from 29.10.12 to 31.10.12. after that, it became inaccessible again and till now... its MR that i am waiting for...
