Hi, I did my FBI around may 7, 09 and received the report around may 29, 09. As I said the time frame just varies in different cases. Is there a way you can contact them and ask about the report progress?

send photos in a seperate envelop. Although u can send the files without fbi record but i think it would be better if you can send them all together so that processing wont get delayed. the FBI clearance normally took 3 wks in my case. good luck

Re: New Passport - Dipen HI Manianz47, both cic and ainp have my new passport because my old passport espired on dec 2005. Throughout these entire application processing I send copies of both old and new passport in order to skip confusion. This time I also think i can just send the new one...

I did my medical checkup on august 27th file transfered to NY on sept 1st. only sometime around dec 16th i figured there was a remedical request sent which i didnt receive due to address change issue. I did remedical examination and file sent on dec 24th. Feb 16th received PP request

hey despo, MY ecase still says "In Process". however i received an email from consulate office last weak that they have received my remedical report and the file is in queue for final review. now Do I have to worry anything about the ecase status. How long do u think I might have to wait? if...

Oh..man...thats great keep checking mailbox. I am sure its on its way for you. Well u know mine is little delayed now. I submitted retest but havent seen the ecase updated to medical received. I am just waiting and hoping for the best.
