I too had a test on Jan 22nd, DM next date. No oath. Was told file transferred from Scarborough to Mississauga. NO Oath...on persistent follow-up have been told that "you are in the queue for oath"...which does not quite help

Mine was transferred from Scarborough to Mississauga. My interpretation is that they are die-hard volleyball fans and flip files across when it gets dusty. That helps to keep the file fresh:)
