    1. Most likely that NOC is already filled up for FSW this year, so your only option now is QSW 2. You will have to wait at least 2 years (CSQ) + 2 years (Federal Part) for QSW 3. eTEFAQ is NOT the same as TEFAQ. You will either have to take TEFAQ or TFCQ. I found TCFQ to be easier.

    That is not accurate. You can apply without B2 if you have enough points overall. Then, you can update later if you like. You can get B2 directly without B1 at AF by taking TEF or TCFQ. They must have told you about DELF.

    We are talking about exceptions and averages. There may be the exception or odd case. Maybe it's an Indian living in Montreal or US. CSQ is not related to federal processing.
