Pls be educated if u r nt that much fluent in English and dont be too fast to comment on some one.... I will b happy even if m rude...

If they are helping u for form filling also then they will fill the representative form also for you....... But if they r only for admission and not helping for visa filing then no need to add the form and keep NA
