Yay! eCAS has been updated to 'Decision Made' for sponsorship, and 'Medical Results have been received' for the Permanent Residence part. Anyone have any idea what this means and if it's a good sign? Good luck to those waiting, I have a feeling tons of approvals will come rolling in this week!

I know we're getting way ahead of ourselves here, but I just wanted to get my head around how the new PPR process works. From what I gather, they now email/send a letter asking you to copy certain pages of your passport, which you then send to London and they send you the COPR document in return...

Thanks Pinklady! We're so happy! it feels like a massive hurdle is out the way now. As an aside, the email we received back in December confirming receipt of our application said our app arrived in Mississauga on November 5th... I don't know whether this is important to the spreadsheet or not...
