They Called him on Monday morning said his passport had to be in between tuesday and Thursday and if he was dropping it off he had to come on tues or thurs between 1-2 he mailed it monday - arrived tuesday afternoon - someone signed for it at 3:36pm Im wondering if they told him it needed to...
