Yes you can submit passport in person in London office. I guess your agent/consultant is right on the subject of another move before the final move. In my opinion , wait and finish up with your Pr visa before any further move.This will save you from LVO stress. Louth

Firstly , you can not claim that the money in your account was borrowed. When did you put the" huge sum "into your account? Just a thought, could you claim this money was given to you by your parent???I guess CiC will require a proof from your parent. Not really sure about this :'(...
