So we finally received our cards in the mail. Landed Oct 21, 2015. Received photo resubmission request Jan 29, 2016 Forwarded new passports Feb 6, 2016 PR cards arrived Apr 5, 2016. All is well that ends well. Glory to the Father of all creation!

Calgarybabe, we tried to get one last year and it took ages because postal services were on strike. We eventually used an agency Ëxpress SAPS Clearance Services"and they delivered via dhl. You could give them a try. ALso write to Accra for an extension cos I dont know how long a fresh issue will...
