I'm not sure but I think the increase of the processing time was a system or computer error, they (CIC & Canadavisa.com) usually notify when an important change take place, if they're planning to change the processing times they will put it on news release or something and there is anything at...

Hi Crimea, Congratulations for your medicals!!! so you said never got 2nd AOR, that's interesting, I'm still waiting for it, and I believe few people get medicals without it, I'm not sure, anyways that's a good sign, I hope to have that luck and get medicals soon!!
