Use the address in your email. the emial they sent you. DHL know where to go

they contacted us to send them some more paper work. in June. this was the only time they send us send DHL to collect passport. our file was transfer in February . and passport request early june. good luck

Yes we did. but they asked use to provide one since 18 years old. the one we submitted was as per the direction for the last 10 years. it was wier that they asked for one from 18 years old to be filled. Parents sponsorship

The weird thing after we submitted passport they call us back and asked for schedule A again. have any one had this experience. usually if they ask for passport no more paper work is needed. Have any one managed to link their application. I have tried hundred of time no luck.

hum it is very weird to ask for passport before security clearance. my previous experience with them was really good. I sent passport and I had it back within 4 days. I hope to do it before medical expires. when did you do you medicals.
