How long before you can apply for citizenship?

This may be a simple scenario, but I just needed clarification. I have read that you need to be a PR physically present in Canada for 3 years in a span of 4 years before you can apply for citizenship. Does this mean, I can apply for citizenship only after the 4th year of PR? Thanks! optimus

    Landing question - Vehical registration

I am moving to Canada from the US (California). We have a car to import to Canada but we are not planning to drive the car to Canada. We are flying instead. So my option would be to just ship the car. Any good car/auto shipping that you can suggest? Thanks in advance.

But my case took a while before I got any feedback (comparing to how fast NY consulate handled cases). That is the reason why I did the CAIPS notes. However...

hello harry, is your file still at buffalo? if it's taking too long for the ppr to come by, i suggest you try and get a caips. i am not sure if that helped in having my papers processed faster. nevertheless, it is worth a try. you have to pay a minimal amount though (i paid $25 for caips...
