AIP is nothing but a piece of paper. Visa will only be considered as visa if it allows you to enter the country. So whatever the email you receive, it matters nothing unless the visa gets stamped on your passport

if you google you get tens of institutes providing language courses....enroll in and learn the language

biometrics service is suspended which has halted the visa process as well

the problem is after making the visa application online i will have to visit canadian embassy in Vienna as for people living in Hungary it is required for biometrics. And currently all borders are closed because of COVID so i wont be able to visit the embassy in this situation

i received my CAQ yesterday but now the embassy is not taking applications for study permit so i will still need to wait...

I applied on 18th feb and then doc reached on 26th feb. I believe I may get to hear something in next week hopefully

nothing yet, i called them on wed and they said its in process and cannot tell how long it may further take
