Unfortunately they were refused, and my mother in law have reapplied and have recently received passport submission request.

Well my father in law and mother in law applied online 30th of June. They gave their biometrics on 8th of July and waiting.

Thanks for clarifying that But is there a possibility to show me the link on cic where it shows that there is no minimum income required? Because on the document checklist E5491 of spouse sponsorship it shows that a proof of employment is required. Thanks in advance
