I'm actually the partner of the applicant (I've been dealing with a lot of the phone calls/whatever paperwork I can). I'm a Canadian, and my common-law partner is from France. Since I didn't need to apply as well, she's a single applicant. :)

Also, she has a class C LMO excemption right now (something about being an artist = you don't need an LMO). I believe it was processed in France. is there any chance she can apply to extend that? Or, is this not an option due to the strike? ... or, is something like this simply not extend-able...
