Thanks - but what is the process of going in as a PNP? How long does he have to work for an employer before he is nominated? I have had a look and found plenty of jobs for him but we are still quite anxious that it would not work out.............

Going in the PNP way may seem better but in order to get a job the employer has to have completed at LMO. Can anyone please clarify (re Alberta) what the process is. It's a nightmare trying to find out any information. My husband is a Gas Fitter and they are crying out for them there...
