I strongly believe there is some kind of quota for every VO. Please refer to my other post where the numbers are given for every VO

First PER, next AOR and MR then decision Decision will be made 12 months after Receiving PER PER is between 70 to 90 days according to the spread sheet

Depends on VO. Normally it takes 12 months

Nothing to worry. Rchettiar applied under FSW2, arranged employment, category. It is handled by different people. I also applied on 18 jul and it reached CIO on 21Jul.

Did you apply only for 1122 or for multiple NOCs ?

May be he got it thru mail reply to his enquiry. Or He may have his old application pending review. The new application will also get the same clientid and file number

Client id is given to every individual, which is different from file number. If you had applied along with your family members, then every one will get individual client id.

I did not mention 2007 application, it is still under process. As far as June 2011 application, I do not need to mention because return of application due to cap is not visa refusal.
