When we send caips/GCMS request by email, then from which day the 30 days countdown begin?

My wife's address disappeared again today it came back on last Friday, that means one thing for sure if not any other assumptions, that somehow some moron at Chc Islamabad is toying with our file records. Exactly wat they are doing is not known for sure.

But someone n this forum said that they emailed for acknowledgement and CIC did send them acknowledgement, but I don't remember who said that.

Guys does anyone know what is the email address we use to inquire about caips notes, I made an email request for caips notes but have not received any acknowledgement yet.

Hi I have another question ppl, Is it ok to sign the consent form imm 5475 and use of representative imm 5476 by both husband and wife on the same date? Does it not show to chc that both are sitting together while ordering caips? I'm ordering them for first time plz help!
