I did complete the residency obligations which is to stay 2 years out of 5, (from 2019 to 2021) and for this reason I was able to renew my PR card in the year 2021 without any issue.

What kind of problem? I landed in may 2016. Left in september 2016. Then came back in June 2019. Still in Canada since then. Have completed 3 years out of 5, which is the required period for citizenship.

Correction. I landed in Canada in 2016. Stayed here for 4 months. Took PR Card and went back to Pakistan.
